Tournament-Timetable

Friday

20.00 Arrival – Registration
Hopefully you have already paid your registration fee. If not, we will be very angry with you. Anyway, you can make up for this at the registration in the Sports Department. There you will also receive all the information you need including meal tickets and the timetable for the games on Saturday. Afterwards join our familiar welcome-party, have a Duff and meet the other players and teams.

Until 7.00 – Sleeping
Your sleeping quarter is our “TU-Sporthalle”. We will have asked Marge to look after the gym lock the doors, so that you can leave all your luggage there. By the way: She cant have her eyes on everything, so please don’t leave your valuables so they can be seen by Bart. We do not take any liability.

Saturday

7.00 – 9.30 – Breakfast
Breakfast will be in the “Dreifachhalle”. Our friendly team will present you a delicious all-you-can-eat-and-drink-buffet with rolls, Cornflakes, coffee and tea (for special teams we ask Moe to serve Duff for breakfast), but do not forget that you are eventually about to do some sports…

8.00 – 14.00 Round 1
Let the games begin! Half of the teams play in the morning, the others can enjoy themselves in sunny Clausthal (I would prefer enjoying my sleeping bag but you can’t always get what you want). Matches take place in the “Dreifachhalle” (2 Fields), see the map for details or follow our signs (five minutes by car from the sleeping quarters).

14.00 – 20.00 Round 2
Round two begins! If you have played in the morning, you can relax now and and visit Clausthals beautiful sights. If you have slept in the morning, it is time to move your rusty bones!

20.30 – 22.00 Evening meal
After an exhausting day a good meal should never be missed. So we will serve you delicious evening meal.

22.00 – ??.?? Party
The great moment has arrived, it is time to join our party, which offers you breathtakingly cold Duff, marvellous music and distinguished dance, good-looking girls and Duff drinking boys. If your team consists of powerful party people, you may have a chance to win our popular and valuable party ranking, but be prepared for keen competition!

Sunday

8.00 – 10.00 Breakfast
Breakfast will once more be served in the “Dreifachhalle” (in case you intend to eat more than just aspirin). After breakfast we will close the „TU Sporthalle“, where you slept – so don’t forget to take all your luggage before your first game of the second day.

9.00 – 16.00 Finals & award ceremony
Wake up and join the finals! Of course you can´t miss to celebrate the winners and to receive your great prizes!

12.00 – 15.00 Barbecue
You liked it, that´s why we will do it again: In exchange for a tiny amount of money you receive well-done sausages, steaks or schnitzels and healthy salads.

16.00 or later back home
We wish you a nice and peaceful journey, relax from lovely and contemplative weekend and start preparing for HMC XX in 2011!
